SF Healthy Snack Competition!

Once again, the SF team joined together virtually this week for some fun and friendly competition during SF Happy Hour! The challenge this time? A healthy snack contest!

Each team member prepared and showed off their favorite healthy snack. Contestants were judged based on health quotient, flavor/texture/composition/aroma, ease of preparation, ease of eating, storage, portability, simplicity, and X factor.

We had some serious runners up with egg muffins from David Byron, a Greek yogurt & nut butter dip for apples from Lynnaea, meat and cheese finger food from Jeevak, a beautiful charcuterie board from Josiah, and “Snack for Dinner” from Grey. The winner of the grand prize however was Sara for her Turkey meatballs with Tzatziki sauce and chickpeas!

She’ll receive her prize – a beautiful photo of a Cedar Waxwing by none other than our own bird photographer, Jeevak – once we’re all physically together again.

Our SF Happy Hour is just one of the ways we keep it light and stay tight as a creative team during this time of uncertainty in the Coronavirus pandemic.
