Sundberg-Ferar was asked to help Sunbeam’s Health o meter® division with the design of a line of home blood pressure monitors. The project was intended to both define the specifications of various models as well as establish a compelling visual brand language for Health o meter®. User research and ergonomic studies revealed ideal user experiences and a variety of use scenarios. Analysis of other products in the category exposed competitive vulnerabilities. Sundberg-Ferar cross-referenced our findings to design a line of products that effectively accommodated multiple price points while establishing features and appearances for unique and compelling points of differentiation.
