Sundberg-Ferar worked with United Technology Corporation’s Carrier brand to develop this groundbreaking touch control thermostat. This innovative product addresses consumers’ and trade professionals’ desire for simplicity by rethinking the graphic user interface (GUI), making it intuitive and easy to use. The Infinity Touch Control graphics and menus all were developed leveraging extensive interviews and observational research with dealers, installers, and homeowners. Homeowners now have easy access to energy efficient comfort, while dealers and installers can eliminate expensive callbacks and home visits.
